WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout your order will be with you in one of the following time periods:
RM TRACKED 24 ( 1 - 2 Days from purchase )
RM TRACKED 48 ( 2-3 Days from purchase )
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
At Northlux, your more then welcome to return your order.
All Returns must agree to the following:
- Order Must be in the original packaging
- Tags must still be attached and undamaged
- No signs of wear / wash must be visible as well as no stains, hairs or odours.
Please also note that it is your responsibility to contact us about your exchange/ refund request within 14 days of delivery.
We do not cover postage for returns, however an address for return will be provided to you once we have approved your return request.
